Saggezza is looking for a full time UX Designer to join our Dublin team. This individual will be working with 1 of our clients in Dublin, Ireland. Every project will be different, but you'll always be responsible for: Collaborating with UX team to develop user interface designs and solve UX issues Assisting in the creation of user-centered designs from market research, customer and user feedback, product qualifications and usability Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines Working collaboratively alongside UX lead, developers and designers in an agile environment/workflow Communicating design ideas with the implementation team(s) and stakeholders What You'll Definitely Need: 2+ years of background as a professional UX Designer Capable of building designs and style standards in all projects within platform and technology constraints Background with Agile Methodology - big plus if you are familiar with SAFe Working with user researchers and interaction designers to develop and iterate user interface designs based on research and usability test results Background with design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Mural.co, Omnigraffle, Invision, Proto.io or other similar design and rapid prototyping tools. Understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition), prototyping, and wire-framing Background designing for desktop, mobile, and other screens Lead creation of early design sketches and end state vision/design prototypes in HTML and CSS to help inform strategy Background and proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3 Ensure that digital principles, standards, styles, design patterns, and renderings are followed and represented correctly Desire to work hands-on for an innovative project from start to finish, and possess the expertise to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas and progressive insights Should be able to showcase their work via a digital or printed portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and issue solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or related position What We'd Love You To Have Enterprise UX background Working with scalable design systems Familiarity with project management tools Strong analytical, creative thinking, and analytical skills Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Seamlessly collaborates with clients and colleagues, across functional teams when needed Team member Saggezza is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer: We believe in treating each employee and candidate for employment fairly and with dignity.
